Naked Wedding Cakes in West Sussex

Yum! This is my original "Naked wedding cake". Victoria sponge cake layered with a light vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, uniced but piled high with fresh seasonal berries.

This three tier cake looks quite informal, yet makes quite an impact!

There are some fantastic variations (just take a look at my pinterest board for some ideas) but this original seems to match perfectly with rustic weddings at local sussex barns.
