A little note on Covid-19 / Coronavirus...

I'm sure you must be feeling nervous that Covid-19/Coronavirus may affect your wedding and I'd like to reassure all of my customers that I am here to support you and make things as easy for you as possible. If you do need to postpone your wedding because of government restrictions I am happy to transfer your booking over to a new date (so long as I am available). Please get in touch with me as early as possible and we can chat through your options.

This pandemic is an unprecedented situation, so if you have any questions or concerns at all please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I will always try my best to be as helpful and accommodating as I can, especially at such a stressful time.

Please be assured that food safety is always my number one priority. I have a food hygiene rating of five - the highest you can get – and cleanliness and thorough handwashing are always of upmost importance.

I'm conscious that I may become unwell myself. Should this occur, I will follow government and NHS advice and be in touch with you as soon as possible. If this were to result in cancellation of your wedding cake order I will refund all monies paid and make every effort to put you in touch with other local cake makers.

Finally, you may have noticed there are shortages of some ingredients in local supermarkets and wholesalers. I have good supplies of non-perishable ingredients but if there are any issues closer to the time I will be in touch with you promptly to suggest alternatives. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

I'm super excited about all the wonderful wedding cakes I have booked in this year and can’t wait to create the perfect cake for your special day. In fact, I’ve just bought a new super duper cake mixer and I can’t wait to put it to use!!

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send me a message.

xx Rebecca xx
