All cakes are freshly baked, from scratch, to order using the finest ingredients and trusted recipes.


All sponge cakes are charged at the same flat rate, fruit cakes are a little more expensive.


If your favourite flavour isn't listed please get in touch, we're confident we can whip up something delicious for you and we'll add it to the menu for others to enjoy!

Sponge Cakes

  • Victoria Sponge Cake - classic sponge cake with a madagascan vanilla buttercream, with or without fruit jam

  • Chocolate Cake - Chocolate cake with a smooth chocolate buttercream

  • Chocolate Mud Cake - chocolate mud cake with a rich chocolate ganache

  • Citrus Sponge Cake - lemon or mixed citrus sponge, with a zesty citrus buttercream

  • Red Velvet Cake - a red velvet cake with a light vanilla buttercream

  • Carrot Cake - Carrot cake (with or without walnuts) with a light vanilla buttercream

  • Coffee and Walnut Cake - Coffee and Walnut cake (or just coffee cake) with a coffee buttercream

  • Coconut Cake - Coconut cake with a raspberry jam and light vanilla buttervream

  • Raspberry Ripple Sponge - A vanilla sponge cake with a rippled raspberry and vanilla buttercream

  • Mint Chocolate Sponge Cake - A chocolate cake wih a mint buttercream filling

  • Irish Coffee Cake - Moist coffee cake with an Irish whiskey buttercream filling

Fruit Cakes

  • Rich Fruit Cake - matured and fed with Brandy or whiskey, covered with marzipan unless otherwise requested (3 month notice usually required)

  • Light Fruit Cake - an alternative fruit cake that does not require time to mature. A deliciously spiced fruit cake that includes raisins, sultanas, apricots, cherries among other fruits

Alternative Fillings

Your sponge cake can have any flavour of butter cream or chocolate ganache filling, please feel free to mix and match.

  • Chocolate (dark, milk or white) buttercream or ganache

  • Vanilla Buttercream

  • Raspberry buttercream (or raspberry ripple)

  • Lemon curd buttercream

  • Fresh mixed citrus buttercream

  • Baileys Buttercream

  • Cream Cheese Buttercream (please note that this has a shorter shelf life than other buttercreams)

  • Mint Buttercream

  • Strawberry Buttercream

  • Blackberry Buttercream


If you were wondering - chocolate ganache is a decadent mixture of tempered chocolate and cream. Its rich, smooth and really tasty!

I produce all our products with the utmost care to ensure they are safe for you to enjoy.

All cakes contain the following three allergens:

- Cereals containing Gluten

- Eggs

- Milk (including Lactose)

Carrot cake and Coffee and Walnut cake also contain WALNUTs unless otherwise agreed.

Your order confirmation will detail any allergens contained in your wedding cake and this information will also be provided to your wedding venue upon delivery.

I follow all food safety guidance to avoid the risk of any cross contamination in my kitchen, however I do use nuts and other allergens in my kitchen and so cannot guarantee that my cakes are totally allergen free. If you or any of your guests has a severe allergy please ensure that you discuss this with me prior to placing an order.

For reference, the 14 recognised allergens, listed in the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU) are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
