Ruffle Wedding Cakes featured strongly in 2012, and will again in 2013.
There are three main decorative techniques used in these cakes which give slightly different results, but which is your favourite??
Fondant icing is thinned and waved to add texture and to create a "rustic" cake
Rice paper is curled and waved to create a delicate cake with a dreamy, fantasy feel
Buttercream icing is piped in ruffles and waves making a cake that you just want to devour!
